Ruben “Ben” Rivera, Jr., CIC, CRM

Co-Founder & Licensed Title Insurance Agent

Ruben “Ben” Rivera, Jr. is a licensed title insurance agent and co-founder of La Louisiane Title Company, LLC, established in February 2025 with his wife, Hallie. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in insurance, risk management, and client relations, Ben brings a deep understanding of property protection and transaction integrity to every closing.

At La Louisiane Title Company, Ben focuses on business development, client trust, and ensuring each closing experience is handled with the highest level of accuracy, transparency, and care. His background as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) allows him to approach each transaction with a unique blend of technical knowledge and practical insight, helping realtors, lenders, and property owners navigate the process with confidence.

A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Ben holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Behavioral Science and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. His leadership extends beyond the office—having served as past President of the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce (2014) and past President of the Vermilion Parish Economic Development District (2020) and as a long-time advocate for community and business growth across Acadiana.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys hunting, saltwater and freshwater fishing, and spending time with his family exploring Louisiana’s great outdoors and local culture.

Hallie Rivera

Co-Founder & Settlement Agent

Hallie Rivera is the co-founder and Settlement Agent of La Louisiane Title Company, LLC, established in February 2025 with her husband, Ben. With more than two decades of experience in education and leadership, Hallie brings exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and a dedication to service that defines every closing.

Before entering the title industry, Hallie spent 24 years as an educator—earning the distinction of Elementary Teacher of the Year for Vermilion Parish for her excellence in teaching and community involvement. Known for her organized and personable approach, she now applies those same values to real estate closings, ensuring every transaction is handled with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism.

At La Louisiane Title Company, Hallie oversees the coordination of each closing from contract to completion, working closely with agents, lenders, and clients to ensure a seamless process. Her background as a teacher allows her to explain complex details with patience and clarity, making each experience smooth and stress-free for everyone at the table.

A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Hallie combines her love of Louisiana culture, her eye for organization, and her heart for helping others in everything she does at La Louisiane Title.

Outside of work, Hallie prioritizes time with her family, enjoys reading across all genres, and loves exploring new creative outlets—from pottery to crochet—finding joy doing hands on crafts.

Founded by a husband-and-wife team, La Louisiane Title began with a simple goal — to bring the warmth and honesty of Louisiana hospitality into the world of real estate closings.
After years of working in our community and helping families reach milestones of their own, we decided to build something that reflects the values we live by every day — integrity, precision, and personal care.
From our first file to every closing since, we’ve treated each transaction as more than just paperwork — it’s someone’s home, someone’s future, and we’re honored to be part of that story.
